Select JazzCash as your payment method
On the checkout page, select JazzCash from the list of payment options and click Continue or Pay Now.

Enter your JazzCash mobile number
Type your Jazz mobile number (the number registered with JazzCash). This must be your Jazz SIM number — it will not work with other networks.

A payment prompt will arrive on your Jazz SIM and JazzCash App SIM App
After entering your number and confirming the amount, a payment request prompt will be sent to you. It arrives in two places simultaneously:
On your JazzCash App
A notification or popup appears in the JazzCash app asking you to approve the payment and enter your MPIN.

Approve the payment and enter your MPIN
Whether you approve from the app or your SIM, you will be asked to enter your 4-digit JazzCash MPIN. This is the same PIN you use for all JazzCash transactions.

Payment confirmed — Order processing begins Automatic
Once your MPIN is accepted, the payment is deducted from your JazzCash wallet and your order begins processing automatically. You will receive a confirmation on the website and an SMS from Jazz confirming the transaction.

Receive your top-up ⚡
Your game top-up (UC, Diamonds, Coins etc.) will be delivered to your account within 1–5 minutes. Log into your game to check your updated balance.

Enter your Easypaisa mobile number
Type the mobile number that is registered with your Easypaisa account. Unlike JazzCash, Easypaisa works with any network SIM — Telenor, Jazz, Zong, Ufone etc.

A payment prompt will arrive on your phone SIM App
A payment request will be sent to you. It arrives in two places — and which one you choose to approve from matters because of a small government tax:
Approve from Easypaisa App
Open your Easypaisa app, tap the notification or go to Requests, and enter your MPIN to approve.

A popup appears on your phone screen via your SIM. You can approve here too, but read the important tax note below first.

Important: Rs. 1 Tax on SIM Approval
When you approve an Easypaisa payment from the SIM/USSD prompt (the popup that appears directly on your phone screen), the government charges a Rs. 1 tax per transaction. This is a government levy on mobile financial services — not charged by RoxGamer.
To avoid this Rs. 1 charge, simply approve the payment from your Easypaisa app instead of from the SIM popup. The payment works exactly the same — only the approval method is different.

⚙️ Common Issues & Solutions

I did not receive the payment prompt on my phone
Wait 1–2 minutes — sometimes there is a short delay. Make sure your phone has a network signal. If using JazzCash, check that your Jazz SIM is active. If using Easypaisa, open the app and check under Requests or Notifications — it may already be there waiting.

My MPIN is not being accepted
Make sure you are entering the correct 4-digit MPIN for your JazzCash or Easypaisa account. If you have forgotten your MPIN, reset it inside the app under Settings → Change MPIN. Be careful — too many wrong attempts may lock your wallet temporarily.

Payment was deducted but I got no order confirmation
This can happen due to a network timeout. Take a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction showing the deducted amount and transaction ID. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we will verify and complete your order within 30 minutes.

I do not have enough balance in my wallet
You need to add funds to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet before paying. You can load money at any nearby JazzCash or Easypaisa agent shop, or via bank transfer using the Load Money feature in your app.

The prompt expired before I could approve it
Payment prompts typically expire after 3–5 minutes. If yours expired, go back to the order page and try again — or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will help you complete it.

Why was Rs. 1 extra deducted from my Easypaisa?
This is the government’s mobile financial services tax applied when you approve an Easypaisa payment from the SIM/USSD popup instead of the app. To avoid it next time, approve from your Easypaisa app — same process, no extra charge. This is a government levy, not a RoxGamer fee.
